Payment options
All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars. For international customers, PayPal will convert your payment to your preferred currency based on their prevailing rates.
Bank Transfer or Deposit (Singapore only)
For Singapore customers, you may transfer your payment to the following bank account within 3 calendar days of your order:

Please note that inter-bank transfers may take several days or more. Once the transaction is completed, please email us your:
- date of transaction
- method of transfer e.g. ATM, internet banking, etc.
- transaction reference number (on your bank transaction receipt)
- order ID (given in your confirmation receipt)
- amount transferred
We will send out your order once we receive payment.
Cheque (Singapore Only)
Please address your crossed cheque to "Decolives " and send it together with a print out
of your order confirmation within 3 calendar days to:

Credit Card & PayPal (for Singapore and International Customers)
We also accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express),eCheques, bank transfers, and PayPal accounts through the web payment standard provided by PayPal. Credit/Debit card payments are secure and you do not need to have a PayPal account. All credit card holders are subjected to validation checks by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be able to proceed with your order.

Shipping and Returns
Shipping Charges
Local (Singapore Only)
We provide free delivery for all local orders. The method of delivery will be at our discretion. If you wish to specify a particular delivery method e.g. your own regular courier service, you can make a comment in the Comment box provided at Checkout stage. However, all charges incurred as a result of such specific delivery requests will be at customer's own cost. We will inform you via email once we have sent out your order.
From April 2010, we have also added a Cash-on-delivery service for Singapore customers who prefer to pay cash when their ordered items are delivered. This provides additional peace of mind as payment is made in exchange for the product. This service will be available for purchases above S$50 up to S$2,000. Please note that a surcharge of S$3 will apply for this cash collection upon delivery service.
Our delivery service personnel will make a telephone call in advance before delivery to ensure that you will be around to receive the goods and make payment.
International
You can choose to have your items delivered by:
- Airmail
- Registered Mail
- SpeedPost
The shipping rate will be automatically calculated and added to the cost of your order based on the weight of the products and delivery address submitted at Checkout. For a rough estimation of the postage, you may wish to use the postage calculator service provided by SingPost. However, please note that for the countries in the table below, there will be differences between our final postage rates and the estimated postage based on the SingPost calculator rates for Airmail and Registered Mail as our shipping zones are based on SpeedPost's zones. The specific differences between SpeedPost zones and SingPost zones are as follows.

You will receive an email from us once we have sent out your order.
Custom duties & Taxes: Please note that shipping charges do not include custom duties or taxes that may be levied when your parcel reaches your country. We are required by law to state the content and full value of the shipment. Hence, if any custom fees are imposed, they must be rendered by you. We recommend that you check with your local authorities for further information.
Tracking shipment
Your order will reach you within 10 days (Singapore) or a month (other countries) unless otherwise stated. We will not be responsible for non-delivery of goods or additional shipping costs incurred due to inaccurately filled in addresses.
Regular Mail
Delivery tracking is not available for Regular Mail. International customers who choose to send their ordered items via Regular Mail will be responsible for any loss of items.
Registered Mail
For Registered Mail deliveries, customers will be provided with a Singapore Post Registered Article (RA) Number. To check on the status of your delivery, key in the number in Singapore Post's Registered Article Status Information Form.
SpeedPost
For SpeedPost deliveries, customers will be provided with a SpeedPost Item Number. To check on the status of your delivery, key in the number in SpeedPost's Track and Trace form.
Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges of merchandise as long as you inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt of item. To help us expedite your request, please email us the following information:
- Name
- Order ID
- Product Name and Code
- Reasons for Return (This is optional, but would serve as useful feedback for us to improve our service to you.)
- State whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
- If you would like an exchange, please describe the replacement product required (Product Code, Size, Color).
- If you would like a refund, please state the bank that we should transfer your funds into for Singapore customers. For international customers, we will refund you through your Paypal or credit card account)
Upon receipt of your notification, we will advise you on the return process and Returns Reference Number. Please send us your item once you receive these details. Alternatively, you can call us at: +65-6836 4030. We will walk you through the returns process.
Returns/exchanges should be accompanied by the Returns Reference Number, original sales receipt (which will be included in your package when we send out your order) and be in saleable condition. The original merchandise tags and packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any items that do not meet these requirements.
You will be responsible for the cost of sending the goods to us. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, hence registered mail or courier is recommended.
However, if we have sent you the incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you the cost of returning the package to us. We will then send out the correct order immediately.
Exchange
You may exchange your merchandise for another item of equal or lower value. For replacement items of higher value, you will have to make good the difference. We will cover the cost of delivering replacement items to Singapore addresses only. It may take 1 week to a month for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service and where you are mailing from. Once we receive them, we will process your request to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.
Refund
We will process your refund request within 24 hours upon receipt of the package. Please note that this excludes the processing time required by the bank(s) or Paypal. For Singapore customers, the refund will be via interbank transfer. For international customers, a credit will be issued back to your Paypal or credit card account. Please note that (for international customers) we will not be able to refund you your original shipping costs.
Eligibility
Our Returns Policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged.
Skincare, hygiene-sensitive products and promotion items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Gift vouchers are not refundable.

Gift-wrap Service
We provide gift-wrapping services for all our deliveries free-of-charge! We will wrap your gift and send a handwritten note with your personalised message. To request for this service, state that you would like gift wrapping to be done in the Comments box provided at Checkout stage. Include your personalised message (if any) to be added. Click on the "Change Address" button under the Shipping Address section to input the name and address of the person you would like the item to be delivered to. We will take care of the rest.

Refusal of Order
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not receive payment within 3 calendar days after your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to quality control, stock unavailability, publishing error, or any other reasons. We also reserve the right to alter the availability or duration of any promotional items at any time. If the order is cancelled, refund of the amount will be made via Paypal. Should your order be cancelled, we will be in touch with you via email within 48 hours.

Product Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out-of-stock items.
